Last night for dinmer we had 𝐏𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐚𝐣𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐬

We used Venison shanks, which I slow cooked using Hank Shaw's Barbacoa recipe.

We garnished these with sautéed peppers, onions, shredded cheddar cheese, guacamole, sour cream & hot sauce.
