I have obtained a few new spoods today (it’s been a long time since I got more spoods, some old ones have passed away over the years </3)

So. Introducing: Xaenthenova, the Devouring Inferno
Xaenthenova, the Devouring Inferno. She is a baby Davus sp. Panama, the Lava Tarantula. She is a tiny tarantula with a nearly-black head and abdomen and pinkish legs. She has a legspan of about .25” and she is sitting on a small clump of yellow moss that is held by a pair of tongs. Xaenthenova, still clinging to her comfort moss as she has been set down into her new enclosure atop a fake leaf. Xaen on her moss. Her little eye clusters are visible as she stares up in confusion, wondering why she is being moved around so much.

Really wanted to show off some of my tarantula enclosure that I've set up. Two of them have grown in nicely and my spoods have really gotten big.

No spiders actually shown so they are safe to view.
Enclosure full of dirt, white sticks, rocks, bark, and fake succulents. For a monocentropus balfouri Enclosure with moss, clover, shells, sticks, and bark. For a Davus Pentaloris Enclosure with ivy, moss, shells, bark, and heavy webbing. For a Dolichothele Diamantinensis

Set up 7 enclosures on stream tonight! Some of these will definitely look better as plants grow in (as long as the tarantulas don't uproot them) but so much nicer to look at than deli cups. :')

My Davus pentaloris is confirmed female lets goooo. My T. blondi also molted but destroyed the abdomen of the molt so I can't tell it's sex yet. :')
