Which political party has a harder time living up to the values they espouse? No surprise, but good to keep tabs.

In our #PowerBI reports and dashboards, we often make color choices more arbitrarily than we realize. 🌈 Join us on June 19, where Microsoft MVP Helen Wall will be exploring color theory and how to apply it to #DataVisualizations in your #DataModel. Sign up here:

For a personal project, I'm gathering #stories from people creating #datavisualizations in underrepresented or under-resourced places (LatAm, Africa, SE Asia etc.). Challenges, wins, creative hacks, anonymous if you want. DM, comment. Please share if you know someone!

That time ('17) when I got to design 3 pages full of #dataviz on Wagner and the Bayreuther Festspiele for @faznet.bsky.social. Still very pleased with the result of the different vizzes.
Such opportunities are rare but I would love to repeat such a challenge!

You are saying that you don't want people to feel dumb (and I don't want that either) but why not teach them? Dataliteracy. It is one of the goals that I have with my visuals. Exposing people to more and richer datavisualizations. They might not grab it now but we can lead the way.
