I've had chronic neck issues for decades which triggers migraines. I use a soft collar pretty frequently at home. It keeps my neck in position & allows it to rest. I also had a daith piercing which has really made a difference. And when a migraine is really bad, I go for a Toradol injection

Waarschuwing, laat absoluut geen daith piercing zetten, dit is een piercing in de binnenste kraakbeenrand van het oor, net boven de gehoorgang.
Mijn man (KNO-arts) en zijn collega’s hebben al tientallen patiënten met dit soort piercings gezien, allemaal heel naar ontstoken. Gewoon niet doen dus.
