Wie wir bei K1 zur Breizeit extra den Monsiuer Cusine angeschafft haben nur um dann konsequent Gläschen zu füttern und das Teil fast ungenutzt Monate später wieder verkauft 🫣😂

I'm of 2 minds on this. It was huge in the 70s when we started getting decent Chinese, particularly Northern food here. But the contamination of the cusine w mediocre Fujianese cooks & menus has given me pause.
Sometimes a tuna fish sandwich (pumperknickel, pls) is just as good as bad Chinese food.

idk about indian but i've sampled almost every part of pakistani cusine, i've been up to hunza, to murree (and even beyond to thandiani), down in lahore, and then karachi and hyderabad and multan

Infuriating that "just asking questions" has become shorthand for "feckless asshole," when "just asking questions" is kinda how we got to a lot of human knowledge. Hell, HALF of all HUMAN CUSINE is "just asking" the question "can I eat that?" (the answer sometimes was "only once" of course).
