I see lessons here for almost every field of endeavor: sports, arts, etc. You begin with what attracts your curiosity; you play (what #CSPeirce calls “musement”); you then practice and build skills; and all of this circles back to “play,” to the “playground”… to joy.

Dan Everett writing a biography on C. S. Peirce does not surprise me: Peirce's semiotic theory is probably the most significant possible challenger to Chomskyan thought about language. I would recommend reading Peirce. #cspeirce
