I think one of the most difficult parts about healing/coping with CPTSD is the constant self criticism. Fighting every voice in your mind that tells you you are not enough is exhausting. All you want to do is be enough but the habit is to come up with scenarios about why you’re not. #cptsdrecovery

I always get asked why I grew my hair so long despite how much trouble it gives me as a disabled person

The answer is multifactorial however the biggest reason is that it helps me overcome some of my trauma /🧵1

Danielle Bernock Interview: Healing from Spiritual hurt
In this episode of Emerge & Empower Podcast TV, Dr. LinJ sits down with Danielle Bernock, award-winning author, speaker, and trauma-informed faith-based self-love coach. Together, they open the conversation on the many types of hurts people carry, emotional, relational, generational, and especially spiritual hurt. Danielle shares how trauma shaped her early years and how God’s relentless love brought her out of brokenness into healing, freedom, and purpose. Her story connects with the heart of Unholy at the Table: confronting the pain we endure at the “tables” of life and finding God’s grace waiting to restore us. From childhood trauma to triumph, Danielle’s testimony reminds us that no matter the hurt, even spiritual wounds, healing is possible.
