This late rise ALWAYS messes up my day, and while getting dressed knocked over Baklavas kitty cookie jar with cranberry pumpkin flower treats in it. Sad Bassett Hounds want to know if she will be replaced.

Somebody is about to get a couple 1950's #CookieJars! Sold this pair today, already dropped at the post office. Originally made for a Pontiac car promo, the promo never took off so the mold was repurposed & the word #Cookies was added to the jar for the production.
Native American bust cookie jar. A collage of 6 pictures. Each picture is of a different angle of the cookie jar (front, back, sides, base, lid). The front facing picture has 2 nearly identical cookie jars in it. The difference is the color pattern, one is slightly darker than the other. The bottom in one picture shows the McCoy pottery USA mark as well as an old antique dealer sticker. The lid has 2 feathers that have a red outline.

This Mold #33 from McCoy pottery fetched $50 for me. I've seen them in the $75-$150 range though for good condition #CookieJars. This one had a very small chip in one of lid points.
A group collage of several pictures of a Bunch of Bananas cookie jar by McCoy Pottery. There are 4 pictures of the front/back/side and then a pic of the base and 2 pics of the lid. The lid is where all the banana's kind of meet at the big stem. The stem/lid is a dark brown and the bananas jar is mostly yellow with some slight green highlights like a unripe banana bunch you'd find at your local supermarket. There is a small chip on one of the points on the lid but hardly noticable.

Most of the #CookieJars I have/had were in great condition, kept in china cabinets, cupboards and whatnot for decades, untouched. Others were kept on shelves in a garage for decades, again untouched but very dusty. It took a crew of 4-5 several days to clean off, take pics, etc. over 300 jars!

A grouping of Shawnee Pottery cookie jars. This is the Smiley Pig collection. 3 large smiling pigs standing on their hind legs (separate jars). The first is wearing a pink kerchief and has flowers on his shirt, the second has a yellow kerchief & small flowers but also has "Smiley" in gold lettering, the 3rd has a green ruffled overcoat - the green is only on the ruffles, the rest of the overcoat is white but also has flowers. There are 2 sets of salt and pepper shakers. One set is smaller than the other at about half size. Both sets of salt and pepper shakers have one pig with a pink kerchief or ruffle and one pig with a blue kerchief or ruffle. Then there is a water pitcher with the same smiling pig face and a flower on its front. This one has a handle and the mouth is where the water would spill out. Its head is sort of flat as that is where there is a hole to pour water in. This water pitcher pig is on all fours.
