We decided to hike to Maxwell Falls in Evergreen this morning. Normally a high traffic trail, it was nice to have it to ourselves early this morning. #hiking #hike #mountains #colorado #evergreen #nature #outdoors #coloradooutdoors #maxwellfalls

First ones on the trail this morning @ Chavez/Beaver Brook Loop in Genesee. A nice 5 mile loop close to Denver. Gets crowded super fast so get there early! Lot was already packed when we finished. #hiking #hike #colorado #coloradooutdoors #nature

This land is your land—literally. 🏞️

Public lands are owned by all Americans. That means we have a shared responsibility to protect and preserve them.

⚠️ When they’re threatened, we speak up.

💪 Let’s defend our trails, forests, and mountains.

Ultra-rare bird sighting here in Colorado! Anhinga seen outside of Boulder preening and hunting at a pond.

From what we were told, the last possible CO sighting was in the 1930’s. Lots of birders and non-birders stopping by the crew of admirers.
