The picture shows a harbour scene taken in the Summer of 2017 in a place called Arklow on the South East coast of Ireland. Working from the bottom of our picture upwards we have the grey concrete of the walkway of the harbour cutting through at a 35° angle from left or right. Then we have a mixture of about 5 small fishing boats that are moored within the harbour right in front of us. They are a mixture of bright colours of whites,reds and blues. Their white antennas and radio masts pierce the sky and as we look closer, the harbour sweeps around from right to left with a whole host of other boats of similar sizes, colours and shapes. We can also see the opposing side of this giant dock with more boats that are moored and also small buildings that service the harbour. In the extreme far distance, we can just about make out the mountains that surround this Arklow coastal area. Above the entire scene is a flawless blue sky that is just the very lightest shade of blue at the horizon point. It then gets deeper and bolder in that gorgeous blue colour the further up the sky you go as we see it here. And finally, the whole scene is bathed in beautiful Summer sunlight with a white thin border frame to finish.

This cursed picture comes with a fable from the locals which l will re-tell to thee and comes after the description. The image shows a vast, churning ocean under a blood-red sky. Heavy, jagged clouds loom like shadows, smothering most of the light. The waves are restless, clawing upward as if reaching for something unseen. Near the horizon, a faint sun struggles to rise or perhaps it sinks, drowning beneath the cursed sea. Every crest of water is tinted crimson, as though the ocean itself has been stained with blood. Taken on the West Sussex coast, our picture is finished off with a black border frame. And now….our fable…. The sea was not always red. Sailors say the colour first came on a night when the sun refused to set. For hours, it clung to the edge of the horizon, its dying light turning the waves to fire. Then came the screams. The kind that don’t echo but cling to your bones, as if whispered inside your skull. Those who looked too long at the horizon swore they saw shapes in the water, faces forming in the foam, arms stretching upward in agony before shattering into spray. The ocean began to thrash violently, as if something ancient and furious stirred beneath and when dawn finally broke, it never truly lifted the red. The sea had kept it, absorbed it, a memory of blood and flame. To this day, no ship dares cross when the sky turns scarlet, for they say the drowned rise again, pulled upward by waves that no longer crash but claw. Sleep well friends….

The picture shows a late winter day in a seaside town called Selsey which is in West Sussex in the United Kingdom and its famous windmill. Working from the bottom of the picture upwards we have a concrete road with small block buildings on the left and a small block building on the right. These are all in deep dark browns as the sun heavily silhouettes in the entire scene. In between those two sets of buildings we have our windmill which is at a slight angle as it’s seen in the picture. To the left of that we have a brilliant orange golden Sun that is slowly slipping down beyond those buildings and into the distance. The windmill itself is cylindrical and tapered towards the top with turquoise blue dome, brown stonework, a white door at the bottom with various white windows spiralling up its length. At the top of the windmill, we have four giant sail frames made of wood, white in colour with the sun beams dancing off them. Above the entire scene, we have a beautiful clear sky that is the lightest of blues and yellows at the horizon point and it gets gradually more darker blue as the sky goes upwards. Our picture has that golden sunlit late winter day hue and is finished off with a thin white border frame

The photograph shows a stack of beach rocks that have been balanced on top of each, going from the biggest at the bottom to smallest at the top. The stack of rocks is about 2 feet high and itself is balanced on a bigger rock which is sunk into the sand of the shoreline with the ocean behind it. There is sandy pebbles and the lapping shoreline through the middle of the photograph and behind the rock stack. The ocean is a beautiful aqua blue colour which is lighter at the shoreline but gets progressively darker as you head onto the horizon. Where the sky meets the ocean on the horizon, it is a beautiful radiated blue from top to bottom. The whole scene is bathed in Golden sunlight of a late summers afternoon. The picture was taken on the shoreline of the Isle of Wight, which is a small island off the south coast of the United Kingdom in late summer of 2016.
