For those curious here are my "guy who is hypermobile and has never put on a bra the right way" tips:

- Look for bras with a front clasp/barrel closure
- Convertible bras can be easier to put on since you control how they hook together
- Pull-on/Wireless/Claspless bras are. so niceys.

Flexing your back at all will undo velcro - you can get ones that clasp with two hooks and you can get claspless ones but let's be real just do them up once and slip it over your head
