Esta señora hecha por IA me ha salido ya en tres anuncios diferentes en el móvil: enseñando francés, enseñando alemán y vendiéndome un test para ver si tengo TDAH. ¿Os ha salido en más anuncios?

Getting up later shouldn't be a luxury. Chronotype revolution!!!

There is a *wide* variation in natural chronotype. Suggesting there’s just one, as these folks do, ignores science.

Best part? It changes as we age, from infancy, to childhood, to adolescence (famously!), to adulthood, after 45-50, and as we continue to age.

It could be your chronotype!! From an evolutionary standpoint, it was a safety feature to have slightly different sleep schedules in a population so people were able to keep watch at night. Also could be that your brain is craving unstructured time & going to bed means waking up for work next.

resident Variant Chronotype checking the fuck in here... hot damn do i wish i wasn't bound to societal schedule norms for the sake of work and interacting with the world, cause my shit *does not* fit that normal schedule shit >.<;
Sleep is a biological necessity, and sleep deprivation has real physical, psychological, and social consequences that need to be taken seriously. The way our society treats it as slothful to sleep according to natural rhythms (including midday naps and variant chronotypes like night owls) is evil.
Do you have any extremely niche, but serious, ethical stances?

Are you a night owl or a lark? Chronotypes are more complex than we think. Understanding your chronotype can help you plan your day to optimise alertness and productivity – but be aware, you may change as you age!

6/9) The 2 biggest sleep mistakes hurting your health

❌ Inconsistent bedtimes – If you wake up at 6 AM on weekdays but 10 AM on weekends, your body struggles to adjust.

❌ Not aligning sleep with your chronotype – If you force yourself to sleep at unnatural hours, it disrupts your metabolism.

You know not everyone has the same sleep rhythms, right?

You’re preferencing certain people’s needs over others. Humans don’t all have the same chronotype and it changes as you age.

One of my least favorite 'genres'...being constantly reminded how much it sucks to be a late chronotype.

I just can't go back to sleeping massively outside my chronotype, dealing with the commute, having no money because of the housing shortage, no hope of a future without inheritance, no quality of life, no dignity, no time to breathe, no control.
