Enjoyed a tasting with Cantina Bozeman this week, a highly regarded Alto Adige producer.

Their Pinot Nero is a pretty #wine, quite different than PN you’d get from the states.

Very good with cheddar cheese, and worked reasonably well with pasta with red lentils and ginger.
