God I love a good callback
well the bad news is i lost out to ian mckellen, which is frankly an honor. the good news is i got a callback for the grandfather part
i could watch the politics masters pivot from “you’re too dumb to understand the senate” to “you’re too dumb to understand the senate (cave edition)” however i am auditioning for gremlins 3 tomorrow morning. i’m going to try out for parkour gremlin and defenestrated grandfather #4

I also really like how Bowser Jr. is the main antagonist. It almost feels like a callback to NSMBDS in a way since he was practically the main antagonist in that game.

So fun thing I learned - vinyl toy maker KidRobot did a line of figures in 2011 called 'All City Breakers' with the idea of "What if the classic bucket of soldiers was actually 80s breakdancers?"
That their nerd store presence was hard replaced by Funko was a disaster on so many levels.
