So this is amazing, the RP2040 tinyusb creates two CDC endpoints, one for printf redirect and the other passed through for the esp32. Rts and dtr are redirected to EN and bootmode via onboard i2c expansion, meaning all the esp32 tools work transparently. Oh, and Ethernet works too!
