Ph. Ametrine, a gemstone combining amethyst and citrine colors, is a rare variety of quartz found primarily in the Anahí mine in eastern Bolivia, and is also known as “Bolivianite”.

Seeing as Ametrines have been hard to get for a while (at a reasonable price), I'm gonna give bolivianite a search. 😊

Well, Ametrine is the actual name of that stone. The trade name for Ametrine is Bolivianite🤣💛💜 It is definitely a constant battle to keep up with😅

Fun fact! Did you know this stone is actually Serpentine and Fluorite?😍💜💚 Bolivianite is a trade name for Ametrine from Bolivia! Not sure who first started calling this stone by that name, but they were misinformed lol! I see it a lot😅
