I have now explored Huanlong 100% in Wuthering Waves!
Rinascita is also 100% explored! I just have the Blackshores area and a few random sidequests left. I also have character story quests I haven't done yet.
But I am happy with the progress I've made and will have a break for now.

This one felt very reminiscent of the blackshores even in terms of structures. Even tho 2.4 with Lupa is my favorite, I feel like 2.5 is a new high. The game is at its best when they go full on sicko mode

Oh, Scar! Leaks said his release was postponed because of issues back when Blackshores was released. Phrolova is his teammate, and she comes out after Lupa. So I can't give you an exact date, but I can say with like 78% certainty that he won't be an NPC for long.
