My #berlinhoodedshawl by #mabulidesigns is HOTN. Design release Jan 31. #WIPWednesday as it needs to be blocked a tad larger. For my personal style, the original Berlin Hood (rainbow) wins, but this new open front version (red/grey) is great for neater hair or a more feminine style. #knitsky 🧶
My Berlin Hooded Shawl test hot off the needles. A red and grey striped hand knit hood with attached scarf is displayed on a denim mannequin. The hood and scarf are edged in squishy i-cord. The generous scarf wraps multiple times around the neck. My Berlin Hood is hand knit in a rainbow striped yarn held with a thinner black yarn for a toned down marled look. The generous hood continues down into shoulders with front and back flaps, like a hooded dickie, all edged in squishy i-cord. It's displayed on a denim mannequin.
