id like to say they would get along in some ways, but they have different personalities that would surely clash. while viridys is considered to be the grandfather of padjal, their sourcely shard has..... little to no magic ability whatsoever! such a shame! #b'asil

id like to say they would get along in some ways, but they have different personalities that would surely clash. while viridys is considered to be the grandfather of padjal, their sourcely shard has..... little to no magic ability whatsoever! such a shame! #b'asil
despite wearing it regardless, b'asil doesn't like heavy armor.... he finds it a bit restrictive in his movement and he certainly cant scale tall areas like he's used to with it on. he's mostly wearing it in locations with colder weather and when fighting a greater foe for more protection... #b'asil

if it were up to b’asil he’d make seif walk around naked. but he’d be killed. so instead he’s tying seif’s hair up in a ponytail and dressing him in his own oversized clothing. he likes it on him + it smells good when he returns it. #seifsil

stubborn to boot, once his mind is made up it is rare for him to change his stance on anything. however, he is not so cruel as to shut out all advice. there is utmost empathy for the misguided, continuously showing up for him. no matter how cold seif's exterior might be, b'asil knows him to be warm.

b'asil is exceptionally blunt, and his description of seif is just that. seif is a workaholic and brutally hard on himself to make up for things he cannot change in one day, but he is an exceptional learner with a ferocity for knowledge.

b’asil also makes seif feel safe :) which is more an exercise in seif’s ability to be vulnerable with someone. for seif to feel safe with somebody, he has to do the mental work of accepting somebody reaching down to him, and usually his pride gets in the way of that harmony

in reality, seif thinks b’asil is very intelligent and observant, and more understanding of him than anyone else on the star. sometimes he grows insecure that maybe he doesn’t understand b’asil as well as b’asil understands him, because he still finds so much of his behavior mysterious
