Doesn't matter how strong you might be, or how much weight you're able to bench, if you find yourself caught under layers of Kevlar strength silk with the elasticity of rubber... you're going to have a rough time getting out.

Another personal sketch done by me, with a damsel drawn and referenced to one of my favorite muscular models, AutumnIvy. Her photos have REALLY helped me in drawing a few more 'built figures while not staying too much into the dehydrated "show-muscles" that are often seen in competitions. A great balance between the two. The spider in this piece is of course a simple Barn spider. A bit hard to see, but the background I had planned for this was a rather dark, dank barn, lending to the terrifying atmosphere of the piece. Perhaps now that I have been toying more with lighting I might revisit this piece.

I was always so annoyed that one of the better cocooning scenes from Eight Legged freaks had an old guy in the position, rather than say... Sam (the mom character) or another of the town's more appealing characters. So... I decided to remedy that. I'd love to return to this piece in the future, or potentially revisit this idea, but in a bit more exciting of an angle/pose. Until then, enjoy what could have been.

A woman is flanked on either side by a pair of giant orb weaver spiders as they appeared in Eight legged freaks. The two are busy cocooning the woman between the two as she attempts to push herself loose.

Fun fact: The orb weaver spider's appearance in the movie are based off Argiope (wasp) spiders, known for their black and yellow striping... but originally the spiders were supposed to be Scytodidae (Spitting) Spiders, hence why in the movie they are more known for hunting and spewing webs, rather than using actual "orb" webs. This discrepancy is kept in the short comic that came out alongside the movie. Perhaps it was due to the spitting spider's rather odd proportions not being as recognizable to audiences as the former Argiope. The more you know.

Sometimes I like to look at suspension bondage as a means to pose characters in more... precarious situations. It makes them look a bit more haphazard in their movements and a bit more dynamic than some other poses that simply have them mummified in place. DOn't get me wrong, I DO love a good full mummy wrap, but sometimes it can get a bit same-y over time.

Above we can see 2 women caught in webs, one gagged, with her legs bound in a frogtie position, the other suspended upside down with on leg lifted high, the other left to dangle. Both gals are dressed in skirts and blouses, though the closer of the two has unfortunately pulled her top down showing off her breast.

Inspired by the Martha Bloodstone scene from "Gremlins 2: The New Batch". I've always had an enjoyment for office ladies, and seeing Martha caught up in webs really awakened something in me.

Here we see her caught up in Stripe's web once again, entangled and covered in the sticky silk across her entire form. She looks down at herself shocked and disgusted by the webbing.

Mr. Smile, an unstoppable ethereal Social Media based killer who follows his victims online before invading their daily life. Inundating them with photos, videos and documents that would be impossible to get before inevitably making them disappear and continuing the cycle with a new victim.

A detail about Mr. Smile is that he's *not* wearing a mask...

Rez, an undead cyclist Slasher who came back to life fused to his motorcycle to protect his living girlfriend from another slasher before losing his humanity altogether.

While prone to targeting those that abuse and hurt the innocent, any proximity or potential touch will send him into a murderous berserker rage as the engine within his body overheats.

Many years later, she has come back for revenge, riding in the night as she leads the descendants of the horses from her stables atop a shadowy steed.
