The Twilight Company symbol on my X-wing helmet is still one of my favorite things I've painted. Pretty proud of pulling off that gradient effect with spray paint cans 🫡

Inspired by @tammi.bsky.social and watching too many Star Wars shows, I put together this classic 1:57 X-Wing model. Very simple kit, but it painted up really nicely.

Each colored fragment had its own theme related to our past and future together. Fulcrum messaged that theme to Catrina after she found each one, but using the cannisters I could reinforce the theme even more by labeling them. I made little labels in English and Aurebesh for the sake of immersion.

The packet included the QR code, a "code phrase of the day" card, Fulcrum's contact info (Mike's anonymous phone number) and some Fulcrum pins to make it easy for Disney CMs to identify/remember us. Etsy really was my third secret weapon!!

The morning of we started with a mysterious package in our hotel room! This included a QR code to watch a Star Wars-style title crawl establishing these adventures as a sequel to the fanfic I wrote when we started dating. Another coded message in Aurebesh included a mysterious phone number.
