He opened the new chat window. Lord Commander: Wait! (emoji that is shouting) Lord Commander: Please~ Azure Dragoon: What's up? Shouldn't you get your beauty sleep? Lord Commander: Never underestimate the power of concealer. (Emoji of a grinning cat) Azure Dragoon: I assume that's…make-up? Lord Commander. Yes. (Emoji that is smiling) Lord Commander: You will see on Saturday. I just finished my cosplay. (Emoji that is joyful) Azure Dragoon: gz (congrats) Lord Commander: But you’ll also see something else. Azure Dragoon: I should recognise you then. Lord Commander: (smiling emoji) Azure Dragoon: ? (Question mark) Azure Dragoon: The convention? Lord Commander: That too! Just two guys crashing on a sofa in the morning hours after a long night.

Text in screenshot: And then there was silence. Estinien listened to Aymerics breathing, observing the slight raise and dip of his shoulders as he steadily inhaled and exhaled. The reflection of the morning light sculpted his body, the shape of his uncharacteristically rumpled locks, looking peculiarly soft in it. He wanted to touch and tousle them. He bit his lip, and observed the rays of sunlight wandering through the room instead. The breathing was getting slower over the minutes, easing him as well. He made himself comfortable, closing his eyes. But there was something nagging him still. Something unsaid. “And I miss our pillow talks,” he admitted, whispering. Thankfully he was already asleep to not witness his sappiness. “Mmh. Me too...” Or not. Not quite. He opened one eye to peak at him, but nothing had changed. Steady up and down. Now passed over to sleep. He would probably not remember what he said, but at least he said it. He snuggled closer into his pillow, letting the familiar breathing guide him over to join him in the realm of dreams.
