The crippling boredom and manipulating the rules without actually breaking them is a common trait in ASPD. As well as excellent understanding of others behavioural mechanism and emotions but having them muted themselves. He can be read as both- it's a shame we were't shown his thought processes...

Wake up America, president is a narcopath-he gets off on the suffering of others. Sociopathic personality disorder- historically used for Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASPD). Those who voted for him and continue to enable/enhance his condition appear to also have it, or at least, are complicit .

i have met people across the cluster b spectrum and it's profoundly frustrating to me how there's even an escalating scale of Badness within the cluster to those in it, like HPD is the least Bad, then BPD, then NPD, then ASPD - every one is weird about the next one up as worse

He is a malignant narcissist with multiple personality disorders, the main one being Antisocial Personality Disorder, ASPD. He seems to also suffer from arrested development, having stopped maturing emotionally at about the age of 12.

Things look a little different when you're friends with people with NPD and ASPD and see the demonisation and casual ableism they experience. I think we all need to be so much more careful about using diagnostic clinical terms in a pop culture way
