1. Simcity 4 really could have used some more diverse building and biome styles like Simcity 3000 Unlimited did. (SC4 had 3 Americanish styles and maybe 1 European style while SC3K had the default American, European, and Asian stylesets, plus 3K had deserts and snow and lush greens.)
