This is an interesting point. I think the reasons because remake arts seems more "bleak" than the original one is related to the chance to cut lots of corner and standardized coloring software. I mean, Air Tonelico Urishihara's artwork seems to be "cel colored". #videogames #airtonelico #urushihara
