I'm honored you thought it was me but it more history than that!
The most official knowledge I have on it is from the Wiki.
It's actually called Adipophilia and wasn't officially approved when someone made the flag AROUND 2008 (wiki was heavily re-written for the better but oh well).

If you don't have fatphobia but you also don't have adipophilia/lipophilic, is that a thing? Not being attracted but not being afraid or repulsed? As an obese American, I can ask this question. Is there a middleground or must you love? Is the desiring mandatory in order to not be fatphobic?
