India News: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मोटर दुर्घटना में बच्चों के मुआवजे संबंधी एक बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है। अदालत ने कहा कि दुर्घटना में बच्चे की मृत्यु या स्थायी दिव्यांगता की स्थिति में मुआवजे की गणना अब कुशल श्रमिक के न्यूनतम वेतन के आधार पर की जाएगी। यह फैसला मध्य प्रदेश के एक मामले में दिया गया। अदालत ने निर्देश दिया कि राज्य में दुर्घटना के समय कुशल श्रमिक का जो न्यूनतम वेतन होगा, उसे ही बच्चे की आय माना जाएगा। दावेदार को न्यायाधिकरण के समय न्यूनतम वेतन के दस्तावेज पेश करने होंगे। यदि वह ऐसा नहीं कर पाता तो यह जिम्मेदारी बीमा कंपनी की होगी।
