The first 10 pages of ZephyrRPG are a 10/10, just a beautiful idea for a beautifully-drawn world.
I’m really hoping I enjoy the gameplay, though, last TTRPG I played was Colossal (which had a great idea for a world but I didn’t like the gameplay)
I’m excited & will go in with an open mind.

My favorite thing I learned in this pair of pages though, was that the world of ZephyrRPG isn’t just a continent, it’s a moving, living continent.
Land atop a living creature, but the Windfolk aren’t just living atop it, they actually represent the feelings of the creature, LOVE that!

Immediately before I even got my hands on ZephyrRPG, I fell in absolute love with the art direction: in fact ZephyrRPG has my second favorite art direction of any game in 2025, just behind Expedition 33!

Fishing as Ritual, water bodies as regal mediators, the play of light and wave patterns, and the reason why the Waterfolk exclusively spear-fish.
I'm happy to be writing anthropology-stuff again for #ZephyrRPG :))) this is gonna be a really cool baseline for the fishing mechanic.
