I'm 70. The Labour party as I knew it is finished. New Labour (or whatever its current iteration is called) has caved in to the vile, xenophobic policies of Reform out of fear and cowardice and are now indiscernible from the Tories.
I think there are increasing numbers of Labour MPs who have thought about leaving the party recently. Even more now given Labour’s irresponsible and detrimental immigration policy.
I would applaud their move.

I said it before, but it's a strange feeling when I think of the contrast between my personal life — which has got better recently and gives me some sense of stability — and the the bin fire of British politics, with an increasingly xenophobic Labour government gleefully paving the way for Reform.

That is the most xenophobic and hateful message to a person who resent other religious sect to be part of our gov't. I have a Jewish govern, I vote for him not because of his religion, it was his policies. If I take her attitude I would never vote anyone who is not a Christian. Crazy as it gets.
