Adverbs aren’t the enemy, but strong verbs are better.

❌ “She spoke softly.” → ✅ “She murmured.”
❌ “He ran quickly.” → ✅ “He sprinted.”
❌ “They looked carefully.” → ✅ “They examined.”

When the right verb exists, use it.
