#WhiskyTourOfTheWorld
Happy #WhiskyWednesday to all who celebrate. Been a minute since I dipped into the #WhiskyTourOfTheWorld collection, and this one's Austrian. Sulm Valley Whiskey from Distillery Krauss. Smooth, coats the tongue. Sweet, oaky, some fruit notes. Good stuff.

First #WhiskyWednesday of the second half of the year, another one from the #WhiskyTourOfTheWorld collection. This is a Swedish single malt, Svensk Ek from Mackmyra. Lots going on with this one, and it's all excellent.

It's a Birthday Week Edition of #WhiskyWednesday, with another sampling from #WhiskyTourOfTheWorld. This one's an English Single Malt, from Cotswolds Distillery.
Creamy texture, light and sweet, some citrus & cocoa notes, black pepper in the finish.

#WhiskyTourOfTheWorld rolls on, to Vancouver Island for a peated single malt Canadian whisky with peat from Washington State. Pretty smooth start, mild peat and smokiness, leather, tobacco. Nice stuff.

Tonight's edition of #WhiskyWednesday is a return to the #WhiskyTourOfTheWorld and this very interesting and delicious Australian single malt from Archie Rose. Gorgeous color, notes of dates, toffee, biscuits, and chocolate. Matured in Australian aperra casks.

Another #WhiskyTourOfTheWorld edition of #WhiskyWednesday, and this evening we have a single malt Irish Whisky from Ballykeefe. Light and clean, notes of toasted oak, some citrus, apple, and toffee. Excellent stuff.
