One last #WeekOforOpulent The early 19th cent Pillar Hall at Belsay was intended to impress, fashioned in the Greek Revival style. The doric pillars supporting the portico are copied from an Athenian temple. The architect looked to Rome for the layout, based on the ancient villa #AlphabetChallenge
