I upgraded macOS and it clobbered my vscode installation. Completely corrupted. I reinstalled, but maybe it's a good time to switch IDEs? I used to be a big Webstorm fan. What are people loving these days? I don't want an AI IDE.

Yo vengo de los IDEs de JetBrains, que por cierto WebStorm es gratuito para open source, y me cuesta mucho, por suerte es algo temporal, pero me molesta el ruido exagerado alrededor de VsCode.

After using @jetbrains.com Webstorm and Rider for couple of months now, using VS Code and VS feels as such a downgrade. Good job Jetbrains.

tried designing a ui in Penpot, failed to figure out how it works, so i created a new folder in webstorm and imported bootstrap, jquery and jquery ui for prototyping instead

Luckily most of the jetbrains ide's that people use are free now so you basically never need to pay for it anymore unless you want like goland or webstorm or something.
