I just rush in, run on lava with waterwalking spell, jump up cliffs, whatever needed to get to tower quickly, sprint through the tower and use the sigil, ignoring all the enemies.

Lastly, 4. Exploration skills from the other vers. like mountaineering, navigation, etc. are not in this game; instead you find secret “doors” in the overworld to access mountains, forests, etc. You also have an automap by default.

But last I checked, taking damage removes the waterwalking buff. So if our shaman got caught up in the moment and spanked her pally girlfriend, would they break the spell and fall into the drink?

If you want pure waterwalking, Furina is the way to go (and she's great in general too). Still needs her skill, but her pets can be active for so long even after the cooldown of her skill is over that you can do it indefinitely

Funny glitch with this i found. If you're using a waterwalking enchantment when you collapse, the game doesn't know how to get you up and softlocks 🤣

basically it'd be a buff on magic skills & stealth, but a nerve on melee skills overall. possibly a nerf on personality as well.
i'd love to have passive waterbreathing and toggle-able waterwalking, but again...skill issue. i don't know how to do that yet.
