It's ridiculously expensive to weave as well, lol. I have 3 rigid heddle looms; two are double heddles, and each heddle averages $50-$60. They have several sizes of heddles, oh and the yarn has gone up with Tariffs. Hobbies are expensive for sure!
I used to make my clothes too, but not lately. 🤷♀️

You can often stitch them closed "enough" very carefully & from the back, with a matching color of thread.
But you can't "re-knit" (re-weave) the holes closed without the yarn.
The easiest thing, if you can do basic embroidery, is to darn the hole closed with some regular (matching) thread,
