As cute as this vignette is, I was thinking same. For me, the biggest clues were the near-perfect rounding of the baby's mouth and the even more perfect smoothness of sound and vowel control emitted therefrom.

I put a layer of very transparent background color around the edges to create like a vignette effect. Less transparency towards the center where the saturation of the detail color should be more visible because of the light.
