Next.jsはserver action対応してるから、「サーバーサイドも書けるよ」の方向性なんだと思うんだけど、DBまわりをscaffoldしてないからまだRailsじゃない。Vercelも公式にはRDB提供してないみたいだし(手放した?)

We tested Bolt.new with Dolt (our version-controlled SQL database) 🔄
TL;DR: Bolt produced reliable code and rarely broke the app - much better than Lovable/Vercel. But Replit's App Testing feature still gives it the edge.

Serverless functions in Nuxt: backend power without a backend
Serverless functions are tiny pieces of code that run on demand in the cloud. You don’t provision servers or infrastructure, or write scaling rules. Cloud providers handle the underlying infrastructure, automatically scaling resources based on demand. They’re perfect for lightweight APIs, form handlers, webhooks, simple auth endpoints, and glue code.

how does vercel netlify etc watch a git repo for recent pushes? or do they depend on github and other providers to send webhooks? constant polling seems silly

Seems sorta like ddos mitigation didn't mitigate most of the ddos? Unsure how to deal with this kinda thing going forward, there is a vercel bot management challenge type thing, but I *hate* serving captchas to real users, so idk.
