It’s #TsunamiPreparednessWeek in BC. BC's most damaging recent tsunami began in Alaska when a 1964 M9.2 quake launched a tsunami across the Pacific. The tsunami funneled up a fjord before hitting Port Alberni with several waves. Houses and cars were tossed around, but no one died. bit.ly/4ly9YXt ⚒️🧪
