While I'm very much for the move towards public transit, I don't think the stick part of the state is trustworthy in CT or anywhere else, and am sure this will be used for fuckery.

Interestingly enough, when I worked in a local ngo with their record centre data, I asked my line manager how the data reflected the effectiveness of conservation interventions and was met with a blank face. I went through circa 1 million data points, ended up with some 300k of trustworthy info too.
