Sometimes the best way forward is to loosen the grip, embrace the mess, and trust the process. The Beatles taught us that creativity thrives when we let it be. Leadership is no different. Stay open, stay flexible, and let the music play. #TheLetItBeEffect #LeadershipRiffs

January 22, 1969: Billy Preston joined The Beatles, giving the band “a lift,” as Lennon said. Watching Get Back, I’m inspired by their inclusivity. If they invited Billy, I believed they’d include me too. Maybe there’s a book in me—#TheLetItBeEffect. Thank you, Billy.
