for a movie about a motorcycle gang, "The Bikeriders" has a very slow feel to it. Like the camera is locked in place a lot, but also scenes are slow internally, essentially all flashbacks? and edits and transitions are languid.

It just feels . . . leaden. Not free, not dangerous.
