Yeah, scrivener needs a directory deleted (texttospeech) and dotnet 4.6 installed (easily done with winetricks) forum.literatureandlatte.com/t/tutorial-r... SAPI installed won't work anymore because it's 32-bit, and Scrivener is 64-bit, unless there's a 64-bit version of SAPI.

Saving you the click: they hid the full voice management UI inside VoiceOver, which is accessible via Settings but is actually a distinct "VoiceOver Utility" application in the Utilities folder.
