A very simple line drawing, done by a young kid. A seamount in the bottom of the ocean is being bottom trawled by a huge net that has caught one of the fish swimming around it (orange roughy). There's a crab hiding in a crevice underneath and some coral growing on top, next to it a happy looking octopus hovers.
