#TaxCuts
Hank
Is this your way of celebrating Trump's massive healthcare taxcuts going into effect on january 1st?

By starting out the new year off by going bankrupt due to a broken big toe?

Republicans rushed tax cuts for the wealthy but delayed their cuts to Medicaid and food assistance. Why?

So they don't kick in until after the midterms.

Help spread the word.

Behold...a simple #banana. Because of 86taco47's tariffs it has generated millions in tax revenue. The u.s imports 6,000,000,000 pounds each year. The money isn't paying down the #debt. It's going into the 1% pockets for taxcuts.

So I got in this debate on X with a MAGA this morning, she lasted longer than any other in my history. Her problem was with me saying Trump taxcuts were for the rich.😂

An important piece via @bleedingheartland from a tax and revenue expert. Iowa faces a recurring budget hole due to income #taxcuts that most benefitted wealthy Iowans. It's worth reading. Please share if you agree.

Flying the state budget on one engine
Jon Muller: Those running state government have committed fiscal malpractice the likes of which I have never seen in Iowa.

The estimated net worth of Trump's wealthy Cabinet is 10 BILLION. They benefits with new TRUMP TAXCUTS FOR 1%.
That's 85% more than Biden's Cabinet. #BidenWorked his Cabinet created millions of jobs

Trump LOST A MILLION JOBS, in 1 month. If only US had a Media not owned now by Trump's people.🤷

Trump's Cabinet choices are established to be worth 10 BILLION DOLLARS. GOP taxcuts for 1 % help Trump AND HIS RICH CABINET.

That's 85% richer than Biden's Cabinet.

THE 1% purchased Trump, GOPCongress, GOPSenate, SCOTUS.
#GOPCongress refuses to send AID TO STATES STILL BECAUSE TRUMP SAID NO!

#RememberUSHistory. As GOP are openly OWNED BY 1%, They get taxcuts, American people get CUTS AND DEBT, while LOSING MILLIONS OF JOBS and healthcare.

#REMEMBER Bush OUTSOURCED US jobs to "NO BID CORP CONTRACTS" WE PAY FOR.
Ah, but for the billionaires who own the detention centers, there is great profit in this suffering.

Made non-white unwelcome in America, enriched himself and family, taking money from Healthcare and snap to give taxcuts to the rich and funds for his Gestapo secret police.

This is the role of government.
Tax rates on those earning income above $700,000 have declined. When Reagan was President the rate was 50%. Today they pay 37% because of Trump tax cuts. Under Obama it was 39.5%. We started to see a huge uptick in food insecurity begunning with Trump Taxcuts, 2018.
I say his gently, but…

There’s something unspeakably shameful The United States letting people go hungry.

Not because its government doesn’t fix it —

but because tomorrow a few private Americans could, and never notice the cost.

That’s the part that sits wrong.
December 26, 2025 at 6:21 PM
But what about the livelihood of the lawyers billionaires will use to sue the hungry children for being fed paid with money billionaires want to have in taxcuts and bailouts?

Read high end items purchased in droves by the wealthy/ now more wealthier bc of yuge taxcuts to them helped the inflated numbers look great
& middle class, working class flurry of purchases before the tariffs drove up costs buoyed the economy
will see soon with all the jobs lost the past months
December 24, 2025 at 7:05 PM
Continuing a long record of #TaxCuts for the rich that undermine the real #economy, on #ThisDayInHistory in 2017 #DonaldTrump signed another round. The rate on #billionaires is now lower than on baristas. Taxes went up for millions of working Americans because of lost deductions.

Liz Truss’s unfunded taxcuts (and witholding of ind analysis) spooked the markets & doubled my mortgage payments from £1k/mo to £2k/mo.

Now she spends her own PM pension touring podcast studios babbling demonstrable nonsense.

People love to pretend it's not that^^.

Photo by aku0131n akdau011f on Pexels.com One of the hardest hit people affected by the Trump taxcuts will be the retirees- people who had worked for 40-50 years and saved up for retirement, only to find their savings be eaten up faster than the election campaign of last year. What was promised as a golden age under Trump has become nothing more than guilded, with fool's gold covering the lies and hatred that were packaged.

This, every day
“Tax the rich” is a slogan that hides insincerity
Both sides do it. No one explains how it becomes a policy that helps anyone
Our govt lacks the political will to fight inequality, not the dollars. The money is always there.(hint: Bank bailouts, #Taxcuts, fund Dept of War, DHS #ICE)
Mitt Romney lives on an very excessive amount of investment income, so he doesn't give a shit. Mention a wealth tax then see what his reaction is...

#FreeClue. Some of the most corrupt and dangerous people are wealthy. Trump is FOR SALE, so is this SCOTUS GOP Congress.
GOP Senate leaves DC to NOT VOTE ON #Healthcare FOR MILLIONS that will die needlessly as 1% get more taxcuts, ppl die, kids starve.
