The only pair in the same ballpark were Hay Lin and Irma (22 to 25). In general Irma is a very free range jokester, who had fairly equal numbers of teasing or being teased by Will and Taranee (10-15 range). She also takes the opportunity to joke or complain about practically everyone in the comic
