11th Cir. joins the 3d, 4th, 8th, 9th, and 10th Cirs. in holding that the United States does not have federal sovereign immunity for certain intentional torts committed in the course of a TSA officer's employment.

The law enforcement proviso waives sovereign immunity for certain intentional torts—including those alleged by Koletas— committed by United States officers who execute searches for violations of federal law. TSOs fall within that statutory definition. Accordingly, we reverse the district court’s order of dismissal and remand for consideration of Koletas’s claims on the merits. REVERSED AND REMANDED.

Actually takes far fewer ATCs than TSOs to shutdown air travel. ATC shortage resolved 2018-19 shutdown. Shortage in TSOs causes screening lane delays.

I based it off of this one but I air fry my tofu instead of pre frying, sauteed the broccoli and pepper flakes in a little olive oil and sesame oil, then add tofu, then the sauce ingredients (I swap brown sugar for maple syrup)

From my research, it appears it's a combination of both working together.

The collapse had multiple phases starting in 2017 after Metro transferred CoC enforcement from sheriff's deputies to in-house TSOs. This is a great summary from SoCal Transiteer.

it kinda sounds like something that goes both ways then! even general tsos and pepperoni was spicy to me as a kid. im just a bit of a masochist and more complex flavour helps me be less autistic abt food. it was very frustrating to be limited that way, when i had 0 control over what i ate back then.
