I will not support the Republican bill that’s on the Senate floor because it fails to do anything of substance to fix America’s healthcare crisis.

practice, but this is an admin like no other. They are at war with the press - not seeking to inform the public with facts or truth.Their statements never address the substance of the story. Time to reexamine why media keeps including insults and propaganda in stories.

Let's be honest: the hemp ban exists for the same reason that cannabis is a Schedule I controlled substance. The carceral state is a for profit industry, and marginalized people are the product.

They'd make soft drinks a felony if it was profitable to do so.

The GOP right now is incredibly dumb, completely over their skis, and the WH is a carnal house of substance use and swinging.

Imagine if a man with no substance to his character became the richest man in the world, and all it achieved was that an unprecedented number of people were made aware that he had no substance to his character.

Senator Slotkin, WTF? Marijuana is legal in Michigan. I’m so confused by this vote. Hemp is such a useful substance…

All of the answers for “fixing cannabis” are gonna come at the legislative level. Presidential politics is a sucker’s bet for weed. The overarching categories for unwinding weed from federal law and enforcement would be:
- Controlled Substance status
- Banking laws
- Expungement
- Social Equity

It would be worth spending £10m to fight this all the way on substance, jurisdiction, process etc. He’s not the only autocrat watching this.

On the facts: the Jan 6 Committee found Trump the “central cause” of the insurrection; aides’ testimony backs it. Panorama’s substance aligned; the cut removing his lone “peacefully” was an editorial error, not defamation. 11/12

the prequels are bad movies but at least they are in some way art - confused, badly executed art, but with the kernel of creativity and substance in them. 8 is like that too. 7 and 9 are just voids, a product of a spiritually bankrupt creation process.
