One way: I have reduced the bitrate of my video. It may stutter but shouldn't look like ass.

Each cheek was bigger than his whole torso, enough that it would’ve surprised anybody that the bunny even snuck up on the bat. Those wagons wobbled between wide hips as the bunny speedwalked away. Jarvis couldn’t even stutter or stumble over his words when his mouth didn’t have any to give. 12/X

The HD remasters stutter like crazy to the point the first game legit gave me a seizure, the options above 60FPS entirely break as background elements are hard coded to 60 and force the camera down to it and introduce more stutters, and the textures on the Steam versions are all badly upscaled.
