#SpoonieAuthChat so I do. Sometimes. It depends on where I'm asking. There are some places I have found myself uncomfortable asking for help in. Others I'm cool with.

In a flare right now & I can’t write/draw/paint like I want. So, it’s nap time for me and riding this coaster, hoping it slows down & evens out soon enough. Time to rest/rejuvenate & grateful for my family’s support. #SpoonieAuthChat
It isn't my writing that's frustrating me.
It's my mind and body that keep pulling me down.
I cannot kick this meltdown, no matter how hard I try. (Yes, I'm aware I need to lower my stress to accomplish that. Very unreasonable)
Even doing nothing takes too much energy.

I’m more frustrated because my body is chaos, external factors in my life are chaotic, and I just want a few hours a week to polish up my first draft. But my writing keeps being the lowest priority right now.

Have I ever worked with a developmental editor?
Not really. I've usually pitched fully formed stories when I was publishing with publishers, but now that I am wholly self published (my one return to a publisher was an utter failure) I don't.

Yeah, I have one thing traditionally published. The editor correctly wanted me to add one scene, but she didn't fuss about anything else, really, in that phase. It was fine! I've had harder edits in fanfiction. #SpoonieAuthChat
