Canelo's story of survival during the Eaton Fire is nothing short of miraculous. We are incredibly grateful to the kind-hearted people who rescued Canelo from the rubble and brought him to Pasadena Humane.

My niece is in Santa Monica. She’s safe & her apt isn’t in an evacuation zone…yet. Please pray it stays that way. #SoCalFires

In fact- another PDS (Particularly Dangerous Situation) Red Flag Warning has been issued for this week. 45-70mph winds. This will likely be another very devastating week in Southern California. Take precautions now. #cawx #socal #socalfires #wildfires

We disrupted their meeting in January, we pushed for a month, today we waited six hours to give public comment, and then finally WE WON eviction protections for all tenants in LA County who were economically affected by the fires!
More than a month into the fires, LA County is finally voting on some eviction protections. Join us on Tuesday at 500 W Temple at noon and/or submit public comment and send emails today!
